This guide will show you how to resolve the issue of the VPN not remembering the location you last connected to on the ExpressVPN apps for Android and iOS.
Before you proceed, check whether Fastest Location auto-pick is toggled on in the ExpressVPN apps for Android and iOS.
When enabled, Fastest Location auto-pick automatically shows the Fastest Location in your Location Picker when you disconnect from your current VPN server location. (Location Picker is the widget located underneath 
on the ExpressVPN apps for Android and iOS.)
If you want the last VPN server location you connected to appear in your location picker, you need to toggle Fastest Location auto-pick off. To do so:
- Open the ExpressVPN app for Android or iOS.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Toggle Fastest Location auto-pick off.
The location picker will now default to the last VPN server location you connected to when you disconnect from the VPN.
