Unable to save new logins and other data or update existing ones

ExpressKeys Chrome extension:

If you are unable to save new logins and other items (secure notes and credit/debit cards) or update existing ones, follow these steps and check if the issue is resolved after each step:

1. Download and install the latest version of ExpressVPN for your device (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
2. Sign out, then sign back in to the ExpressVPN app for Mac, Windows, or Linux.
3. On a web browser, visit chrome://extensions. Disable and enable the ExpressKeys extension.
4. On the same page, remove the extension entirely, then reinstall it.

If you are unable to save new logins and other items (secure notes and credit/debit cards) or update existing ones, follow these steps and check if the issue is resolved after each step:

1. Download and install the latest version of the ExpressKeys app for Android or iOS.
2. Sign out of the ExpressKeys app, then sign in again.
