This guide will show you how to wipe all your data on ExpressAI.

Important: Wiping your data on ExpressAI will permanently delete ALL your conversations and files. This action cannot be undone.

How to wipe all data on desktop

To wipe all your current conversations and files on desktop:

  1. Click your email address in the top-right.

  2. Click My Account.

  3. Next to Wipe all data, click Clear.
  4. Type wipe-all-data in the text box, then click Clear All.

All your current conversations and files have been permanently deleted.

How to wipe all data on mobile

To clear all your current conversations and files on mobile:

  1. Tap Menu icon..

  2. Tap your email address.
    An arrow points to the user's email address at the bottom of the toolbar on the mobile version of ExpressAI.
  3. Tap Account.
    An arrow points to the My Account option in the toolbar on the mobile version of ExpressAI.
  4. Next to Wipe all data, tap Clear.
  5. Type wipe-all-data in the text box, then tap Clear All.

All your current conversations and files have been permanently deleted.
